With more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, David’s career began in telecommunications where he built a sales office in White Plains, New York, for a nationwide CLEC. He later managed a New York City sales office for a fixed wireless communications carrier, and most recently worked for AT&T consulting for enterprise clients. Today David supports Network Doctor’s business development initiatives and manages the client satisfaction group. David also guides clients on telecom solutions and office relocations.

Paul Hilbert
Partner
Paul Hilbert’s career began as a project manager for nationwide build-outs of data centers for an enterprise telecommunications carrier catering to the financial sector. Paul later managed new technology initiatives for the Security Industry Association (SIA) and, in the wake of 9/11, consulted for Verizon to reroute telecom and data traffic around the impacted West Street central office. Rafi Moskowitz
Partner
Rafi Moskowitz has more than 10 years experience managing IT systems, a career that began in the financial services sector supporting hedge funds, asset managers and broker/dealers. In addition to his experience designing and building networks, Rafi closely follows technology trends by regularly attending trade shows, acquiring industry certifications, and establishing business relationships with a wide range of technology vendors. Technology is more than just a job for Rafi, it’s a hobby. Today he manages the Network Doctor’s team of system engineers and oversees support processes.

Joël Mizrahi
Project Manager
Joining the Network Doctor team in 2005, Joël Mizrahi is a key contributor to the organization’s continued success. With more than 10 years experience, he has a proven track record in technology and the IT industry at large. Currently, Joël oversees the Network Doctor field engineers in addition to planning and coordinating projects with technicians, clients and vendors. Education: Boston University School

Greg Szmak
Help Desk Manager
Greg has more than 10 years experience as an IT Help Desk Manager. In 2000, he managed the Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Help Desk. During that time, he received his first ITIL IT Service Manager Certification. He has held the role Global Help Desk Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare; managing staff in both the US and the UK. In 2007, Greg began working in New York City as the Help Desk Manager for the international law firm, Shearman & Sterling LLP. Greg is dedicated to continually refining the support process to improve our client’s overall customer experience.
Steven Polansky

Steven Polansky joined the Network Doctor Team in early 2010. Steven has over 25 years of experience in the domestic and international environments of marketing research, real estate, and advertising industries with a strong success record in cost reduction, financial analysis, SOX/internal controls, budgeting, cash management, and management reporting. Steven was responsible for initiating the virtualization of 60 employees working from their homes allowing the Ziment Group (now Kantar Health) to hire the best talent from anywhere in the world. Josh Winkler
Sr. Client Relationship Manager, vCIO
Josh has been a valuable member of the Network Doctor Team for since 2004 and has served in various capacities, most recently as the manager of our remote support team. Josh’s strength as an good communicator, as well as trained systems engineer, makes him a good fit to the Client Satisfaction Team. Josh serves as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and vCIO, working closely with clients to assure they receive the best possible service by improving communications, expediting critical matters and analyzing root causes. In his role as vCIO, Josh is able to make effective recommendations to holistically address solutions and challenges. Education: Yeshiva

Britt Sutcliffe

Britt has worked in project and account management within the telecom and wireless industry for the past 10 years.
