Network Doctor’s technical staff is organized into strategic teams to deliver the most comprehensive IT support available.

Field Team
Our field system engineers provide responsive onsite technical support. We regularly perform proactive maintenance at client sites, engage in assigned projects, and address any support needs that cannot be remediated remotely. Our field team professionals are certified in a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Symantec, SonicWALL, and others.

Remote Team
The remote support team is the first line of defense for our clients. Our skilled system engineers have all the technical expertise of the field team, but perform their support services remotely. Typically, remote support resources are staffed by entry-level technicians qualified to address only basic support requests, often relying on lengthy escalation processes to resolve more complex issues.

Our team is different. Our remote support specialists are qualified and experienced engineers, enabling us to address client technical requests quickly and effectively.

Solutions Team
The solutions team focuses on a more consultative problem-solving approach, carefully analyzing client needs and helping to translate those needs into solutions. Research and testing are critical functions of this group. We continually research, test and evaluate the latest product solutions, allowing us to make confident recommendations and implement the most current solutions like virtualization, cloud computing and imaged-based data protection.
