Senior Remote Support Engineer [expand details]
Description
Seeking experienced systems engineer to work as a senior level remote support engineer working with small/medium business network environments. The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a young and exciting atmosphere with tremendous growth. Work will entail installing, maintaining, analysing and supporting server environments. Responsibilities will be diverse, challenging, and require personal judgement. Blackberry and laptop provided. Nights and weekend coverage on rotational basis is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide Support for Windows Based networks for small to medium sized businesses.
- Remote Support of Windows 2003, 2008 and Virtual Server and Terminal Server environments
- Remote support for Windows desktops, and 2003/2008 networks and Servers.
- Troubleshooting, recommendation and implementation of backup solutions.
- Implementation and troubleshooting and training for Postini and various anti spam technologies.
- Troubleshooting and Support of Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise Server.
- Troubleshooting and Support of Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Mail security for Exchange.
- Troubleshooting and Support of Sonicwall and Cisco firewalls/routers.
- Troubleshooting and Support of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer..
- Windows 2003/2008 domain controller management, support, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years Experience computer networking
- 3+ Years Experience with Active Directory
- 3+ Years Experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Experience spam filtering
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications are favorable

Network Doctor is seeking a dedicated team player to provide Help Desk and telephone support for all matter including PC’s, servers, network, telecommunication, and proprietary software. These duties include configuration, installations, and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
Responsibilites
- Providing support for computers, peripherals, and user related questions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction driving towards maximized customer service at all times.
- Adhering to all Help Desk system process and procedures, including ticket entry, and generating reports on request.
- Providing user assistance as needed.
- Documenting all support work on a timely basis within the guidelines of the Help Desk.
